Nite

Nite to return with new album 'Cult of the Serpent Sun' in March

After venturing through space on their last album, Nite has returned to face the shadowy mythology that lay dormant beneath society's underbelly. Each of the eight epic battles on 'Cult of the Serpent Sun' tests the band's mettle. But amidst their new album's winding perils, Nite emerges triumphant.

Track listing:
1. Cult of the Serpent Sun (04:56)
2. Skull (04:31)
3. Crow (Fear the Night) (04:11)
4. The Mystic (04:55)
5. The Last Blade (04:32)
6. Carry on (04:29)
7. Tarmut (05:14)
8. Winds of Sokar (03:52)

When darkness engulfs the world, Nite sets the sky ablaze with white-hot, blackened heavy metal. Having completed their journey through the stars on 'Voices of the Kronian Moon', Nite now faces the abyssal and shadowy mythology that has long laid dormant on their third album, 'Cult of the Serpent Sun'.

Fans who yearn for the days of molten guitar leads, chest-rattling bass and stadium-shaking drums flock to Nite's circle, and stay for the snarling vocals that speak to metal's esoteric underground. The title track charges with a newfound urgency for Nite, slithering and venomous in its attack. 'Crow (Fear the Night)' is a rallying cry, calling for fists to rise with power and might. 'The Mystic' expands the band's sonic palette, featuring a slow-burning bass line that stretches time and space into a hypnotic portal. Van Labrakis' road-hardened voice stands defiant in 'Carry on', denouncing the perils of war and peering through the mists of time.

Lead single 'Crow (Fear the Night)' is a rallying cry, calling for fists to rise with power and might.

On 'Cult of the Serpent Sun', Nite guards the altar of blackened heavy metal with sharpened blades and axes raised. The album will be released on 14 March 2025, via Season Of Mist (digipak CD, 12" vinyl limited to 250, digital).
